WhatAList™ Child Safety Standards
Last updated: April 18, 2026
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
WhatAList™ and Varnym LLC maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, child grooming, sexual extortion, and any content or behavior that endangers minors.
Any account or content associated with child sexual abuse or exploitation is subject to immediate enforcement action, which may include content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement or relevant child protection authorities.
2. Scope
These standards apply to all WhatAList™ users, profiles, posts, comments, chats, shared media, links, and any user-generated content on the platform.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not upload, share, request, or promote:
(a) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format;
(b) sexualized content involving minors, real or fictional, where prohibited by law;
(c) grooming, solicitation, or coercion of minors;
(d) trafficking, exploitation, or facilitation of abuse against minors;
(e) attempts to evade moderation or reporting systems related to child safety violations.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report suspected child safety violations through in-app reporting channels where available and by contacting our safety team directly at admin@varnym.com.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
5. Review and Enforcement
We prioritize child safety reports for expedited review by trained personnel. When credible evidence is identified, we act promptly to restrict harmful activity and preserve relevant records as required by law.
Enforcement may include warning, temporary suspension, permanent removal, and restriction from future account creation.
6. Escalation to Authorities
Where required by applicable law, WhatAList™ and Varnym LLC report confirmed or reasonably suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation activity to relevant authorities, which may include the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local or national law enforcement agencies.
7. Record Retention for Safety Investigations
For child safety investigations and legal compliance, we may retain relevant account and activity data for an appropriate period consistent with legal obligations, investigation needs, and our privacy commitments.
